Innovate Healthcare reveals refreshed brand identity
We officially launched our refreshed brand identity at the CIPD Festival of Work. Attended by Jackie and Josh, the event provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase our growth and connect with attendees from across the industry.
Alongside our new stand design, we also had a range of branded materials, including water bottles, trolley coins, pens and an A5 flyer highlighting who we are, the services we provide and the benefits of partnering with Innovate Healthcare. Attendees could also scan a QR code on the flyer to explore our updated website and learn more about our offering.
Our refreshed brand marks an exciting new chapter for Innovate Healthcare and reflects the hard work, passion and expertise of our colleagues across the business who have helped us grow and evolve.

While our appearance has evolved, our purpose remains the same: to transform occupational health and wellbeing services through innovation, passion and integrity. This rebrand marks an important milestone in our journey, reflecting both the growth of our business and our ambitions for the future.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our services, strengthened our capabilities and grown our team, enabling us to support organisations across the UK and Ireland with a broader range of occupational health and wellbeing solutions. As we’ve evolved, it became clear that our brand needed to better represent the business we’ve become and the direction we’re heading.
As our CEO, Jackie Salvidge, explains:

It’s about ensuring that every interaction, every message and every impression has Innovate running right through the heart of it, reflecting the quality and forward-thinking approach we bring to work.”
A fresh look with purpose
Our refreshed identity introduces a new logo, colour palette, typography, messaging and website, bringing a more modern, vibrant and confident feel to our brand.
Every element has been carefully designed to reflect our values and the relationships we build with our clients, their employees and our own colleagues.
A key feature of the new identity is our pathway design, which extends from the logo itself. It represents not only the journey we’ve taken as a business, but also the journeys our clients and employees take when working with us.
Alongside this, the circles within our visual identity symbolise togetherness, strength and partnership. They also reflect our comprehensive employee lifecycle offering, highlighting the breadth of support we provide throughout every stage of employment. Together, the pathway and circles create a visual representation of connection, collaboration and progress.
