We’re transforming occupational health with our bigger picture approach

We view wellbeing through a biopsychosocial model, a clinically led approach to occupational health assessments and workplace health management, enabling us to assess the wider factors affecting health. By understanding the biological, psychological and social influences that impact an individual, we can make more practical recommendations to drive positive change for people and organisations. This enables you to overcome barriers around employees returning to work, remaining in work and supporting them to perform at their best.

We achieve this by allocating referrals to our multi-disciplinary team of experts based on individual need, including Occupational Health Physicians, Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs), Mental Health Clinicians, and Physiotherapists. This approach is proven to reduce the length and frequency of short-term absence, reduce the progression of cases becoming long term, and support safe and sustained return to work.
