Photographs
Please upload photographs of your current workstation. In particular, photographs of the following are required:
- Clear view of your entire workstation set up as you use it (with you positioned as you would whilst working. I.e, sitting in the chair or stood at a standing workstation)
- Side view of your entire chair with you sitting in it
- Front view of your entire chair with you sitting in it
- View of DSE set up as you would use it (monitor, keyboard, headset, phone, mouse etc.)
What to do with this information
You can either gather and provide this information for the assessor at the time of the assessment or email it to oh@innovatehmg.co.uk
Is there anything else I can do?
- If you have difficulties with getting measurements, you could have a tape measure ready for the time of the assessment.
- Think about the space where your assessment takes place. If it is in a new space in the house, think about desk space and shapes.
