Innovate: Occupational Health, Redefined.

We bring a fresh and modern approach to workplace health and use a multi-disciplinary team including OHAs, Mental Health Clinicians, Physiotherapists and OHPs. We allocate referrals to clinicians with expertise in the presenting condition and use a Biopsychosocial approach to explore anything being presented as a barrier for someone returning to work, remaining in work or performing at their best. This unique clinical approach is proven to reduce the length and frequency of short-term absence, help reduce cases becoming long term and helps drive safe and sustained return to works.

Our reports offer recommendations that are tailored to the individual, consider their job role and provide meaningful recommendations for both the employee and you, the employer to consider.
